Superior Workmanship

Tricon’s stainless steel fabrication department also offers superior workmanship. Our team grinds and polishes all welds to absolute perfection, making it impossible to tell where one seam begins and the other ends. We produce our own custom bollards, hause pipes, and sliding and pantographing doors in-house. We only use the best mechanical parts.

Attention to detail

Our FRP/composites department is involved in everything from simple lamination of bilge decks to vacuum bagging the coring to a hull’s outer skin. When it comes to adhesion, integrity and weight, Tricon’s attention to detail is simply incredible.

Ship-shape quality

Tricon’s fairing department perform some of our most important work. They ensure the fiberglass shell attached to the hull sides of Tricon-built yachts are completed to perfection, improving appearance while reducing drag. Their interior work in the engine compartment, lazerette and other bilge areas is also among the world’s best.

Mechanical precision

Our mechanical department is committed and patient as it lines up and targets propeller shafts to the highest degree of perfection. Many shipyards fail in this difficult task. We double-check every system and pressure test vital tanks. In short, we feel confident when we send your yacht out of our shipyard. She’s the best money can buy.

Best practice build management

Senior Vice President David Adams directly supervises the construction of you new Tricon yacht. David is supported by expert FRP, cabinetry, machinery, and electrical managers, each with over 10-years experience in mega yacht construction. We build yachts to exacting Western standards of quality, luxury and prowess, designing each system with safety and reliability in mind.

An outstanding shipyard

Covering twelve acres, our shipyard features six new yacht-building bays; four at 10 x 35 meters, and two at 10 x 45 meters, and a brand new cove and pier to safely moor your Tricon built yacht during her in water testing. These are complemented by the newest technology and equipment, including advanced CAD and vacuum bagging systems.

Real Time Progress Reporting

We know you want to be involved at every stage of your custom build, so we’ll assign you a project manager you can keep in touch with. We’ll upload images to a password protected website enabling you to keep track of your build and see your masterpiece in progress. All questions and enquiries are handled promptly by phone or email and you’re welcome to visit the shipyard at any time. Building your yacht is as much an experience as cruising it.
